She has led funding initiatives for nonprofits, chambers of commerce, and as Executive Director of the Jean Childs Young Institute for Youth Leadership. A results-driven leader and mentor, Andréa is committed to community service, career development, and empowering others to achieve their goals.

As the Founder and Group Director of ARCH Consultant Group, Inc., she leads a team specializing in legacy coaching, grants, and fundraising events. ARCH works with organizations of all sizes to secure diverse funding for communities worldwide. Andréa has successfully led capital campaigns and fundraisers, building an extensive network that has helped raise millions in grants and donations.

With expertise in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and donor relations, Andréa brings exceptional leadership to ARCH. She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and Measurement from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College.
